Always remember: The most important "brand name" to pay attention to in your life is your own name. And just like all brand names that stand the test of time (in contrast to others that are temporarily fluffed up by advertising for a while), your name has to represent unarguably high quality.
If you develop a mastery of knowledge and skill in your field and work on yourself as a human being at every level - physical (fit and flexible body), mental (calm and focused mind), spiritual (sensitive, empathetic, compassionate) - then your name itself becomes a brand name and organizations derive respect from you being with them (instead of you deriving respect from being with a well known organization).

Write your name down 😊 on the top of a sheet of paper and just sit and write honestly and openly about yourself at every level - knowledge, skill, body, mind, spirit. Draw up an action plan to improve yourself to the level of mastery in each of these. Wherever you feel necessary, take help or advice from experts and people you trust. And start chipping away steadily, day after day, week after week, month after month, till you start feeling from within that you are solid. Then you'll arrive somewhere important, you will have built yourself to a level where you can stand confidently as an individual and say calmly: "I am so and so, rock solid in these areas of knowledge and skills, and amazing as a human being", you will have made your name a brand name that others seek and respect.

Brand names built using media, advertising, or wearing Rs. 1 Lakh suits with your name written on them a thousand times and going Barrack, Barrack, ... always eventually reveal themselves to be empty, garish, neon signs.
