I repeat: When it comes to Indian universities, rankings don't speak the truth, advertisements don't speak the truth, and unless some journalists and students take it upon themselves to switch on the lights using sting operations, you will never know the truth.
If I may, here's an affirmation that every vice chancellor of every university ought to be made to repeat a hundred times every day (compulsorily!):
"We are not here to sell degrees, we are here to educate! There's a difference!"
