In continuation to my previous post:
Here our "Honourable" Mr. Prime Minister is talking about extracting Oxygen from air using wind turbines!
Please understand this carefully: You can't expect a mind that is so scientifically uneducated to lead a nation sensibly along the path of scientific development. There is perhaps a reason why BJP leaders who talk about drinking cow urine (gaumutra) have never been rapped on their knuckles and been asked to shut up. And this is not trivial! Left unchecked such unscientific practices spread and slowly become a part of societal life.
To repeat verbatim from my last post: It is important we pay attention to this and realise that the same level of intelligence has been in play in demonetization (economically disastrous), economic models that rely on poor people taking loans to start chai pakoda shops (instead of creating steady jobs), reckless speeding up of trains without upgrading tracks first so that they can handle the increased vibration loads (hence the steep increase in railway accidents and fatalities) and a covid response that required cover up after cover up to hide the true number of fatalities.
We are in the year 2024. We can't afford such scientific and technical ignorance in our leaders.
We have to be alert, very alert, and vote very very wisely in all the upcoming elections.
